Rosemary and lavender cleansing milk
"A creamy cleansing lotion to assist in removing skin pollutants, dirt and make up"
This cleanser is pretty much everything I need in a cleanser.
The Body Shop
Seaweed clarifying toner
This toner "removes impurities and refines pores"
- perfect! My skin always feels super clean and refreshed after using it.
The Woolworths Treat
Even tone serum
with purple cornflower and vitamin B3
"Targets pigmentation and reduces blemishes"
I have noticed a true reduction in the pigmentation on my face caused by acne and the sun.Loving it.
And my absolute favourite moisturiser. One that I have been using for years is the:
African Extracts Rooibos purifying dual-action moisturiser.
"Anti-shine, helps prevent blemishes while moisturising"
It is also great as a replacement for a primer.
What is incredible about this entire routine is that not one of these products test on animals!

For bronzer: Revlon Bronzilla/Bronzette in number 012
For highlighter I'm using a super old Ralo highlighting palate which I'm pretty sure they do not sell anymore but looks so pretty
For foundation: Clarins Everlasting Foundation sand 108
For eyebrows: Gosh Brow Kit
For eyeliner: Essence long lasting eye pencil in black fever
For mascara: Gosh volume waterproof mascara I paid a mention to in my previous post
For lips: Rimmel Kate Moss Lipstick in 03 rossettto rouge
And that is all. I decided not to edit the picture of me lounging on my couch with coffee and a blanket as I wanted you to see what the make up looked like.

Hello again x
It's been a while but I had to pay a mention to my new favourite: Gosh mascara
I love that it's waterproof as I live in South Africa and there are many beaches around my town and even though it's winter the sun still comes out long enough for a swim.
But that's not what absolutely amazes me about this mascara when they mentioned that it has volume they were not kidding. This is one of the most volumouse mascaras I have ever owned!
I had no idea that it would make my lashes look that long and full even though it promised volume don't they all?

So after having finished my fourth repurchase of Estee Lauder double wear foundation I reluctantly decided that it was time for a change and was suggested by a lovely lady who had suggested and sold the Estee Lauder to me that I would love the Clarins Everlasting Foundation. She gave me two samples to try both with different tones having tried both samples I immediately fell in love with he texture, the coverage and the matte effect and the fact that it did not budge or disappear for the entire duration of the time I had it on I then purchased it three days later having chosen sand 108 (I am truelly fair skinned) and fell in love with the packaging which is actually similar to Estee Lauders double wear as they are both glass and have gold lids but that is simply what I prefer and was happy that I wasn't falling far from my trusted Estee. I chose sand as it gives me a less dull complexion which I'd primarily why I wear foundation which is to have a brighter and healthy looking skin tone which Clarins does for me. Did I mention that it is sort of perfumed I can't exactly describe the smell of it but it does wear off after a while if you don't prefer it but both my friend and I are crazy about the idea of our foundation being perfumed.
This girl is happy.

There is nothing like a good book or two..
I love this Vogue on Cocoa Chanel as I am a huge fan of her. This book will take you to a whole not her world that is glamorous and vintage not only talking about Chanels background and lifestyle but also providing us with quotes by her . I have received so much use full advice and I'm inspired by her poise and statements, it also explains how Chanel n.5 came about and describes the importance and uniqueness of this luxurious perfume personally if Chanel gave it a thumbs up so much so that it is her signature perfume and is still famous today after all these years being called timeless I'm defiantly wearing it.
In a previous post I mentioned my admiration for Russell Brand and that I couldn't wait for the day that I purchase his recently released book called Revolution. Well that day had come and I am thoroughly enjoying his unique perspective of the world inspiring my own spirituality and leaving my mind open to all opinions and inspiring me to look and think about the world in different and intricate ways. Revolution will definitely allow your mind to wonder and to question, I also admire his unique humour and can't get enough of his writing abilities and use of words.

They're kinda a mess I'm terrible at painting my nails.. definitely embracing the more "vampy" side of fashion I'm sure we all love the dark lips that everyone has been wearing lately but my judgement could be foggy so do let me know wether I should continue being seen in public with it. I suppose it depends what you're wearing as well the entire ensemble could really make or break a black nail. I quite like the pattern that I am wearing now with black nails.
Let me know what you think xx

The best thing about valentines day is that everything is on sale so I decided to do a little shopping at one of the biggest malls I have ever encountered also an incredibly beautiful one.

I constantly think about starting up a new blog, one that is more clean cut with more materialistic content and at the same time keeping this blog to write about my thoughts and feelings, and books and music. But that's just a thought.
